How do I register for a membership?

Once you've registered, you'll need to download the GymMaster member portal app on your phone.
Log into the app with the email and password you used to register.
To gain access to the facility, click the check-in button on the top of the app. Bluetooth must be ON.

Can I add someone to my account?

You can use the same payment method for additional memberships, but each member must register online and download the app using their own email and password.

Can I bring a guest?

Yes. Guest passes are available for purchase via our app. A profile for the guest must be created prior to the guest's visit. Facility access is granted via the GymMaster member portal app.

Please note: All guests must check in via the GymMaster app upon arrival. Failure to do so will trigger our Tailgating system and lead to additional fees.

What is the minimum age for membership?

You must be at least 16 with a valid driver's license to purchase a membership.

Can I bring my child/children?

Children under the age of 16 can accompany their parents during allotted times only. The purchase of a Kiddo Pass or Pack is required for EACH child.

Kiddo Pass: $7 per child.
Kiddo Pack: $40 for eight visits.
Kiddo Pass & Pack times:
Monday - Thursday: 12pm to 4:30pm
Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 12pm to 8:30pm

Does Rocket Fitness participate in the Silver Sneakers program?

Yes. Please visit us during our staffed hours to set up a Silver Sneakers membership. You will need your Silver Sneakers card at registration.

Staffed hours: Monday -Thursday 8am - 10am & 5pm - 7pm. Saturday 10am to noon.

The app isn't working. What should I do?

Most times, logging out of the app will fix any connectivity problem. If logging out doesn't work, you may need to delete the app and reinstall it.

Can I take a class without being a member?

Yes. A single class is $7. A class pack of 8 is $40. Please note that the class packs are good for 90 days from the purchase date.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership 3 months after your registration date. To cancel a membership via the GymMaster app:

Click the "My Account" button on the top right side of your phone's screen.
Click "Cancel my membership."
Confirm cancellation.

How do I know if a class has been canceled?

The class schedule is available on our GymMaster app. All cancellations are listed on the app's schedule.

Can I rent the gymnasium?

No. We do not rent out our gymnasium.
