Pound
Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating
full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training
with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted
drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms
drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.
Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for
letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! The workout is
easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals
to men and women of all ages and abilities.
Boot Camp
Get ready to sweat and burn calories in the action packed 45 minute boot camp. Each class is different and you will never know what to expect other than you will pushed to the limit at each class. This fun class will have interval training that will work all core muscles. It will be guaranteed to have fun music with cardio, weights and floor work all in one class. Zumba®
Zumba® Fitness is a feel-happy workout for all ages and fitness levels.
Zumba combines a motivating fusion of Latin and international music with
unique moves and dynamic combinations that allow participants to dance away
their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be "Fun
and Easy to Do" allowing Zumba® Fitness participants to stick to the program
and achieve long-term health benefits in both body and mind. A mixture of
body-sculpting movements with easy-to-follow dance steps, the routines
utilize the principles of aerobic interval and resistance training. A
combination of fast and slow rhythms tone and sculpt the body, maximizing
caloric output, fat burning and total body toning.
Cycling
Our Cycling programs offer an energizing, cycling-inspired group exercise
training program with expert coaching, exhilarating music and a unique
mind/body philosophy – all at a self-directed pace. During the class the
instructor simulates a ride. Together, you travel on flat roads, climb
hills, sprint and race! It is truly a fantastic cardiovascular class.
Combine a fun cardio workout on the bike with a core workout and you will
leave feeling accomplished. We want you to feel like you got a complete
workout in when you leave this class. Class space is limited. You may sign
up in advance for this class. Please arrive early.
PUMPED
Carefully chosen music tracks for maximum effect guide participants through the 60-minute class. The session begins with a warm-up using only light weights. Your instructor guides you through the main portion of the workout as class focuses on the major muscle groups. You’ll feel the burn. Class finishes, accompanied by down tempo music, with\ stretches to finish the workout and help reduce the risk of muscle soreness or injury.
Hip Hop Fitness
The instructor will guide you through your Hip Hop Fitness experience step
by step, modifying each exercise and movement to fit your fitness level. You
can expect to burn up to 600 calories in a single workout and have fun doing
it. This all-in-one workout is perfect for all ages and fitness levels. The
pulse pounding choreography and the infectious beats will have you smiling
through your sweat while loving every minute of it....even if you have two
left feet.
ALL AB"S
This is a 25 minute class of hardcore abdominal work. It focuses on toning and defining the abs and strengthening the back to improve posture and core strength.
H.I.I.T.
High Intensity Interval Training H.I.I.T CLASS. ... This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind before the busy days get started.
